Pre-sale started 10 a.m. local venue time for fans with Verified Fan access, but thousands were stuck in a queue for hours before they were able to purchase the tickets.
At one point, Ticketmaster paused the queue and fans were stuck for hours without their screen moving.
For some fans, once the queue was unpaused, they were brought to the end of the queue just for the screen to freeze and to be brought back to the beginning of the queue.
Ticketmaster delayed the pre-sale for other time zones for several hours.
Ticketmaster said the reason for the issues was due to "historic demand for tickets."
The Capital One pre-sale, which was scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 2 p.m.
