Flames engulfed a two-story building in the Bronx early Tuesday morning.
Flames erupted in the building on College Avenue and East 170th Street around 3 a.m.
News 12 is told the building is currently vacant.
Flames were seen spewing from the top of the building. Some CitizenApp users commented that the smoke from the building was strong enough to reach areas several blocks way.
Fire marshals and Con Edison crews were on scene piecing together what caused the fire.
News 12 is told no one lived in this building.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
