New rules are set to go into effect Monday as a vaccination mandate at many indoor spots begin.
This comes as city data shows that many neighborhoods are still producing low vaccination rates.
It shows Far Rockaway, Bed-Stuy, Flatlands and Crown Heights as all having the lowest fully vaccinated rates in the city.
In the Bronx, Wakefield and Hunts Point also have low fully vaccinated rates.

For areas where there is a low rate of fully vaccinated people, residents can expect to take a hit to their social activities.
More than 50 businesses in New York City are getting a head start and already requiring proof of vaccination for entry.
The vaccination mandate part of the Mayor's ' Key to NYC' plan requires proof of vaccination for anyone that wants to enjoy indoor dining, indoor entertainment or work out indoors.
The city will start to fully enforce the vaccination mandate on Sept. 13 with inspections.
