A Bronx organization is honoring the long and special history of Westchester Square.
The Westchester Square Business Improvement District is bringing 350 years of history to life with a walking tour of the area.
The tour explores St. Peter's Church and a marker in front of White Castle that recognizes the Battle of Westchester Creek during the American Revolution.
The tour comes after the Historic Districts Council for 2018 declared it a neighborhood that should be celebrated.
