yesterdayWebster Bank is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of a robbery suspect in Bridgeport.
The robbery happened at the Webster Bank on Main Street in Bridgeport on Saturday around 11:20 a.m.
Police released surveillance video of the suspect who is seen wearing a mask and sunglasses.
Police say the suspect stated he was "sticking up the place" and was speaking with what sounded like an Italian accent.
He got away with $2,000.
Police say he was last seen headed south on Main Street and west and Clark Street.
Police ask anyone with information to contact them at 203-581-5226.
