We are watching for rain to return Tuesday night into Wednesday.
We haven't seen a lot of rain here recently, so it will be easy for roads to become slick and slippery.
Drenching rain will be heavy at times throughout Tuesday overnight into the first half of Wednesday.
Conditions will improve by the late portions of Wednesday, but the morning rush hour could be messy and take extra time. Bring the umbrellas and allow a little additional time to head to work.
We will likely see between a half an inch and an inch of rain from this system, which will be welcome and beneficial!
Until then, great conditions overnight for viewing October's full moon. This is also a super moon, which means it appears slightly bigger.
We're looking at a nice and mostly clear overnight with temperatures in the low to mid-60s. Comfy, dry and mostly clear? No complaints!
The majority of Tuesday is fine. Dry, mostly sunny and the last of the summery stretch (for now).
Wednesday the frontal system that brings us the rain will also bring us much cooler weather, with temperatures back in the 60s for Wednesday through the rest of the week and potentially into the weekend.
Keeping an eye on the chance for another round of rain for the weekend, but until then Tuesday into Wednesday is the main event for the work week. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday look great for now.
