It's not just fans celebrating Fairfield National's storybook run through the Little League World Series.

Elicit Brewing Co. in Black Rock says business is booming thanks to recent watch parties.

“It’s transcending anything else that’s going on in the world right now," General Manager Mary O’Berry says. "It’s giving me goosebumps right now!”

Late August is usually the brewery's slower season with college kids out of town, but Elicit says it's welcomed hundreds of extra customers the past two weeks.

“The game Monday night," O'Berry says, "We had an additional 500 people that just showed up for the game."

Elicit is also making sure to give back.

Proceeds from the watch parties will go directly to the Fairfield National Little League program.

"That has always been who we are and who we’re wanting the community to see us as - partners that give back," O'Berry says. "It’s all about coming together."

They'll have another watch party for Saturday's game. First pitch is set for 3:30 p.m.
