News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Allan Nosoff says the city is at the same risk as last year for smoky, dangerous air conditions.
Nosoff says the effects of poor air quality can affect all people - not only vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, children and people who are immunocompromised.
The Bureau of Environmental Surveillance and Policy recommends people wear a mask, use an air purifier, keep windows closed and stay inside.
