Woman accused of snatching 86-year-old woman’s purse arrested

Police arrested a woman Tuesday for allegedly robbing an 86-year-old woman's purse Sunday as she sat in a wheelchair outside her apartment building, sources say. The suspect, 37-year-old Adrianne Terry,
