It was a celebration of Yemeni culture on Saturday during a parade down White Plains Road in the Bronx.
The event, now in its second year, showcased the heritage of Yemeni Americans.
Many wore traditional garb to pay tribute to their home country and to show pride in their roots.
They said that showing their culture in a positive light was especially important since the war-torn nation has been in conflict for five years.
The parade was held in cars and participants practiced social distancing.
