12-year-old boy turns self in after allegedly throwing glass bottle at MTA bus driver

A 12-year-old boy accused of throwing a glass bottle at an MTA bus driver has turned himself in.  Police say the suspect was accompanied by his mother when he turned himself in to the 42 Precinct Wednesday.

12-year-old boy turns self in after allegedly throwing glass bottle at MTA bus driver
A 12-year-old boy accused of throwing a glass bottle at an MTA bus driver has turned himself in. 
Police say the suspect was accompanied by his mother when he turned himself in to the 42 Precinct Wednesday. 
They say the suspect threw a glass bottle at the bus driver. According to police, the incident happened in October near the corner of Home Street and Prospect Avenue.
The boy was charged, as a juvenile, with attempted assault.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
