Thousands of Orange & Rockland customers were without power at the height of Wednesday’s storm, News 12 is told.

Some residences are still without power, two days later.

O&R, Con Edison and other utility companies across the area say that any remaining customers without power should see their power restored soon.

Properties throughout the region saw varying levels of damage. Crews were busy cleaning up the mess.

Wednesday night's wicked weather uprooted a more than 100-year-old red oak tree in Sleepy Hollow.

The massive tree split in two, and barely missed the house, while homeowner Nick Kaluk and his family were in the living room.
