There are 108 confirmed cases and five deaths related to Legionnaire’s disease in New York City, according to the city’s Health Department.

Fourteen people are currently hospitalized.

Health officials say the disease was likely spread from cooling towers on buildings in central Harlem last month.

While crews have been working to clear the cooling towers, health officials are warning people to seek medical attention if they experience flu-like symptoms.
