Over $14,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from the Karma Urban Wear Store in Highbridge, police say. The store serves the community as a one stop shop - selling anything from a sweat suit to the latest sneakers.

Police say this all happened on Aug. 7 at 4 a.m. Surveillance video shows the thief inside of the store browsing through the shop using his cellphone as a flashlight.

The thief then pulls out an entire stack of shoe boxes and walks out. As he exits the frame with the stack of shoes, merchandise can be seen on the floor and what appears to be a broken wall. Police say he broke into the store through the wall before he took the merchandise and ran off.

News 12s Brittany Cadet has the video released by police and a closer look at the person police are searching for.
