A Brooklyn man previously arrested for a string of shootings last year is facing charges for a fourth incident.

Police say Thomas Abreu drove an illegal scooter and shot at multiple people during a set of incidents on July 8 of 2023. Three people were injured, and an 86-year-old man was killed.

Abreu was charged in three of the six incidents prosecutors say he is connected to.

Prosecutors now say he has been arrested for a fourth shooting and charged with attempted murder.
