FDNY: 4 civilians, 2 firefighter injured in fire at Summit Ave. home

The FDNY says around 10 to 15 residents have been displaced from their homes due to the fire.

A fire broke out at a home in Highbridge on Tuesday evening, according to the FDNY.  
Fire officials say the fire started at a three-story home at 920 Summit Ave. just before 7 p.m. The fire was reported on the top floor of the building and required 138 fire and EMS personnel to put out. 
Four civilians and two firefighter all suffered minor injuries. One of the four civilians refused medical attention and the other injured persons were transported to a nearby hospital.  
The FDNY says around 10 to 15 residents have been displaced from their homes due to the fire. The Red Cross is working with those residents to provide temporary sheltering.  
The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
