The NYPD released images of a man who they say punched a 67-year-old man in the face, leaving him unconscious.
It happened on Wednesday evening, just before 8 p.m. at a Sunoco on Soundview Avenue.
Police say that the two men were involved in a verbal argument before the punch. It is unclear what that argument was about.
The assailant fled in a gray Range Rover SUV southbound on Soundview Avenue.
The victim was taken to NYC Health+Hospitals/Jacobi and is expected to be OK
