SUV in the East Patchogue-North Bellport area.
Police say
three men were in the SUV when a black sedan pulled next to them and fired
shots into their vehicle. The sedan took off.
Police say the SUV pulled into a gas station on Hospital
Road in East Patchogue and a good Samaritan drove the man who had been shot to
the hospital.
The unidentified man is being treated for serious, but
nonlife threatening injuries.
Anyone who
has information on this shooting is asked to call police.
