Police release new video of man wanted in violent subway attack

Police say the man beat a 17-year-old boy as he was waiting for the train at the Kingsbridge Road Station.

Police have released new video and angles of the man wanted in a violent attack on a subway platform.

Police say the man beat a 17-year-old boy as he was waiting for the train and the Kingsbridge Road Station.

The incident happened on Oct. 12 minutes after 6 p.m.

Police say the boy was sitting down waiting for the train when the suspect started screaming at him. He then punched the teen multiple times in the face, injuring him in his eyes nose and head. He is expected to be OK.

The man took the teens lanyard that had his student identification and his OMNY card before running off.
