Despite warnings from health officials, holiday travel has
already set a record.
Health officials are concerned about the thousands of people
who are getting away, especially now that there may be a new coronavirus strain
out there.
The TSA says 992,000 people made their way through
checkpoints on Tuesday. It's down from the usual 1.9 million, but still high
for the pandemic.
Infections disease doctors say you should be cautious no
matter your mode of transportation.
As for the roadways, AAA predicts fewer people driving, but
still some 84.5 million Americans may still travel between Dec. 23 and Jan. 3.
