NYPD: Woman dead, 2 men hurt in Port Morris drive-by shooting

A woman is dead and two other men are injured in what police say was a drive-by shooting in Port Morris Monday afternoon.
The NYPD says the incident happened around 4 p.m. at East 137th St. between Cypress Avenue and the Bruckner.
Security camera also captured the moment the shots rang out.
A group of people standing can be seen on the sidewalk, and then police say a white car drove by with somebody firing shots from the vehicle. Then, one of the people on the sidewalk appears to pull out a gun from behind that silver car and fire back.
Police say 39-year-old Gloria Ortiz was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the hospital.
The other victims, a 32-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, were both shot in the back and are in stable condition.
There is no word yet if they were the intended targets or if these people knew each other, and police, so far, have no suspects.
The shooting rattled some neighbors and said action needs to be taken against crime.
"This is very dangerous for the community and people are going to get scared, and people don't want to come. We're in the middle of a pandemic and we need to stop," said resident Angel Vega who added that his biggest concern is the children who may be out when shootings take place.
