Traffic improvements near a Bronx school have some residents concerned for their children's safety.
Hector Serrano says a spray-painted rectangle shows where a new speed bump will be placed near P.S. 93. He says the problem is the bump's location at the end of the one-way street, far beyond the school itself.
Serrano says he wants another speed bump closer to the school's entrance, and other parents say they agree.
The DOT says it chose a "feasible location" for the speed bump and will continue to monitor the street.
