Parishioners at the Living Faith Tabernacle in Hunts Point say they are worried about their families in Haiti who have been affected by Hurricane Matthew.
The Category 4 storm is believed to have killed as many as 900 people in Caribbean country, and many say a cholera outbreak is the next big concern.
Parishioners sang, offered support to one another and came together to pray for the victims of the hurricane.
They say a food and clothing drive will be held on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
