A man was killed during a drive-by shooting in Tremont Monday, police say.
Officials say the incident happened on Morris Avenue around 11 p.m.
Surveillance video shows a silver sedan coming to a stop in the middle of the street while a man leans out of the window and fires at least seven shots before the driver of the car drives away.
Police say those shots hit Anthony Castillo, 28, and killed him.
Someone called 911 after the drive-by, and first responders rushed the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police are asking for the neighborhood’s help in identifying the man in the video seen leaning out of the car window and pulling the trigger.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
