Police: 17-year-old boy dies after being shot outside of his Midwood school

2ds agoPolice say a 17-year-old student died on Friday after he was shot several times outside of his school in Midwood.
Authorities say the teen was struck in his chest and his hand outside of Urban Dove Charter School just before 3 p.m. Thursday.
Police say they are searching for two men who they believe are connected to the shooting.
In a statement, Urban Dove Charter School said it "deplores acts of violence" and that the school has never experienced something like this before.
