Police say they have arrested a 24-year-old Bronx man for allegedly groping a 12-year-old girl in Fordham Manor on Wednesday.
Xavier Rodriguez is facing charges of sex abuse and forcible touching.
Police say that Rodriguez was taking pictures of the girl from behind near 193rd Street and Jerome Avenue.
He then allegedly ran up to her and grabbed her backside.
