Police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a man on University Avenue.

Investigators say Angel Freites shot Lennin Tavares in the head and torso last month.

The victim was found by paramedics in the living room floor of an apartment.

As for the suspect, he's charged with murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
