Police say a 53-year-old man was shot in the head on a handball court in Lincoln Terrace Park Sunday evening.

Investigators say they are looking for a man wearing a black hoodie and a black mask. They say he fled on foot from the court.

The incident happened around 5:45 p.m. Sunday, but it isn't clear what lead up to the shooting. 

News 12 is told the victim was found dead on the scene. His identity has not been released, pending the notification of family.

On July 7, another fatal shooting happened on the other side of Lincoln Terrace Park, where a 27 year old was shot in the head and chest.

Residents in the area say they are frustrated at the violence in their neighborhood.

Police say their investigation is ongoing.
