‘Save our Streets’ took the streets Wednesday to denounce gun violence after a recent shooting in Bed-Stuy.
Early Sunday morning, a man in his 50s was shot in the leg outside an NYCHA building. The organization held a gathering outside of the building where the incident occurred to denounce violence in the community.
They say they want to see the community stand together and push for more resources for youth in the area.
