No injuries were reported in a car fire that occurred Friday near Exit 58 on the Long Island Expressway.

Suffolk police say the incident took place at around 3 p.m. Firefighters responded to the area and doused the vehicle with water.

The cause of the fire is currently unclear, according to authorities.
