Attacker on run after shooting man aboard Bronx train

A Bronx attorney has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempting to lure and sexually assault a minor, according to federal prosecutors.

Authorities say 47-year-old Tong Hyon Suh, who goes by Jason, messaged an undercover detective who he believed was a 14-year-old girl on social media.

Suh organized a meeting with the detective after they gave him a Connecticut address.

Police say he was arrested after arriving at the location.
