Residents at 2344 Davidson Ave. say they are still fighting for better conditions after years of unresolved housing issues.

Rats, mold, elevator outages and trash are what you can find in these apartments.

With multiple families and elderly people housed there, the concerns are not just an annoyance, it's a safety hazard.

With constant elevator outages, residents like Lisa Presley who just got out of the nursing home, need constant assistance getting in and out of the apartment.

"I've been complaining and complaining, especially with the elevator and me not being able to walk I came out the nursing home.. my son had to carry me up all these stairs," said Lisa.

News 12 reached out to the landlord of the building and left a voice mail message.
