Southampton Village Mayor Jesse Warren has been elected for a second term in offices.
Warren was facing off against former village Mayor Michael Irving.
The face-off turned contentious after Warren was blasted by the PBA for appointing Hulbert Waldroup, a convicted criminal, to the village police reform committee.
A police political action committee sent out anti-Warren flyers that critics called blatantly racist.
