Ahead of the new school year, the Department of Education is providing food for anyone else in need during the coronavirus pandemic. 
Food pickup locations around the city have been a lifeline for many families, serving 45 million meals and will continue to do so that students don’t worry about what they’ll be eating throughout the school year. 
News 12’s Arnold Davick shares the story of one such pickup location in Brownsville.
