The Bronx District Attorney's Office announced that a Throgs Neck man was indicted for attempted murder in a hit-and-run that seriously injured three women.

They say James Dillon, 26, allegedly ran over three women with his SUV in July.

Court documents state that Dillon jumped the curb and drove his car directly into three women who were standing on the sidewalk along East Tremont Avenue around 4:30 a.m. on July 20.

The victims suffered multiple fractures and a brain bleed, according to court documents.

Dillon is due back in court on Jan. 22, 2026.
