Surveillance video confirms the incident happened on Sheepshead Bay Road between E. 16th St. and Jerome Avenue on Friday afternoon.
News 12 showed the video to neighbors and asked for their reaction.
"This is insane," said one woman.
While another man said, "That is hilarious and never gets old."
It's unclear what led to the incident but comments on the post believe the argument was over a parking spot.
