Justin Sanchez, Elvis Santana and Freddy Perez Jr. are looking to represent the South Bronx as the next City Council Member in District 17.

Santana says that he has been actively working in the district to understand the most-important issues.

Top priorities for Perez if elected include tackling crime, housing and the opioid crisis. He wants to ensure that Bronx residents have the necessary resources.

Sanchez is committed to sanitation and education. He wants to see more trash cans on street corners.
