A woman was slashed by a razor and robbed at the Pelham Parkway train station.
Police say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. The 42-year-old victim got into an argument with a man in his 30s. He slashed her in the forehead with a razor before taking her necklace.
The victim refused medical attention, and the man escaped.
