A new poll is asking people when they believe it's generally OK to use their cellphones. The poll reveals that 77 percent of people think it's OK to use their cellphones while walking down the street

A new poll is asking people when they believe it's generally OK to use their cellphones.
The poll reveals that 77 percent of people think it's OK to use their cellphones while walking down the street and 75 percent say it's OK to use them on public transportation.
However, only 38 percent of those polled say it's generally OK to use a cellphone at a restaurant.
News 12 hit the street to ask Bronx residents what they think of the poll.
