3h agoA man is now dead after a car accident on the Bruckner Expressway early Monday morning, police say.
According to police, the 28-year-old man who died in the accident was speeding around 1:30 a.m. on the Bruckner Expressway when he hit a barrier. The collision caused the car to flip, then hit the back of a tractor-trailer. He was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals Jacobi by EMS responders where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the man was the only person in the car. No other information has been released.
