A Bronx dancer is getting the chance of a lifetime to perform in London's New Year's Day Parade.
Thousands of dancers around the country vied for a chance to represent the United States at the parade, but only a select few were chosen.
One of those dancers is Bronx native Mariah Soto from the Port Morris area.
The 15-year-old dances as part of the Dreams Dance team.
Soto says she is excited to travel to London and can't wait to come back and help her community at home.
A GoFundMe campaign has also been started to raise $10,000 to cover Soto's travel expenses.
