Early mail voting now an option in New York City
Unlike absentee ballots, voters can request an early mail ballot either in person or on the Board of Elections website without giving a specific reason for doing so.

9ds agoElection Day is three weeks away and the NYC Board of Elections says in presidential election years, it expects the highest voter turn-outs.
Michael Ryan, executive director of the NYC Board of Elections, says early mail voting, which is new in 2024, is open to all voters and can help ease stress for both voters and poll workers.
