An FBI agent was assaulted Monday while working on an investigation, according to police sources.
Sources say the agent was punched in the mouth and nose, causing a laceration. An arrest was made shortly after.
It happened at around 10:51 a.m. in front of 115 Ocean Ave.
The assailant ran into a nearby subway station and jumped the turnstile after the incident.
Darren Mckenzie, a 27-year-old from Queens, faces charges of assault, larceny and criminal trespassing.
