A massive Halloween display in Fairfield has become quite the attraction.
On both sides of Banks North Road, revelers will find Halloween scares.
Lauren Fuchs and her daughter Hallie started the spooky showcase 15 years ago with one decoration.
"We would always go past all these beautiful houses with Christmas lights – and we didn't celebrate, so having the Halloween decorations was a way to get involved with the community," said Hallie.
"Some kids are scared but not like scared crying. Scared like enjoying the thrill of something jumping out at them…It's a happy environment," said Lauren.
The viral attractions took four and a half days to set up.
"I actually posted a TikTok thinking it would get like a hundred views, and it ended up with over 50,000,” said Hallie. “I think we even had a family from Germany and another family from England visiting who came to see the decorations and they were having a great time. And it's a free activity, so you can come 100 times a day. Some people do," said Hallie.
The display will be up through next weekend.
