Sunday's fire in Fordham forced many families out of their homes. The city’s Office of Emergency Management and the Red Cross have opened an emergency resource center for people affected.
Monroe College is serving as the new emergency resource center for victims and families affected by the fire. This center will be open until 8 p.m. Monday.
The Red Cross says it gave out 275 meals and snacks Sunday night and that it is helping to provide support and emergency relief to 21 families.
