A
newly renovated campus is now open at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital.
It
expanded with a modernized $44 million addition that includes a
25,000-square-foot health center, a reconfigured emergency department and an upgraded
radiology unit.
Montefiore
President and CEO Dr. Philip Ozuah says the new campus reflects the hospital's
dedication to those living in southern Westchester.
"Today
we reaffirm Montefiore's commitment to advance the health of the communities it
serves," he said at Tuesday’s ribbon-cutting.
The
health center also includes new pediatric and adult care rooms with a focus on
individual attention and access to a full range of health care services.
