NYPD: 1 dead, another injured in overnight shooting on White Plains Road

Two men are wanted in the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man in the Bronx.

Police say a 24-year-old man is now dead after a shooting at a deli on White Plains Road Sunday night.
According to the NYPD, the shooting took place at around 11:45 p.m. outside of the deli at 4702 White Plains Road. The 24-year-old victim was shot in the torso and pronounced dead at Jacobi Hospital. A 42-year-old man was shot in the right leg and is in stable condition.
Two men wearing all black fled the scene, but it is unclear if they got away in a vehicle or on foot.
