The Friedberg Jewish Community Center in Oceanside will celebrate the arts Monday with a special festival to benefit people with Parkinson's disease.
The festival will feature a range of performances that will include music, dancing, drumming, poetry readings and fine arts with special guests.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo will be there as the official emcee.
