Detectives say Carlos Hernandez and Hugo Ayala stole copper wire from Getty Terminals Corporation.
The incident happened on Wednesday and Thursday.
News 12 has been told the Bellerose and Malverne men both worked at the business located on Jericho Turnpike.
The men were charged with burglary and grand larceny.
