Another protest was held outside Floyd Bennett Field on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.
It comes as Councilwoman Joann Ariola says 500 migrants in the form of families are expected to arrive at the airfield for shelter by the end of this month.
The airfield has been at the center of controversy for months as officials have fought to use the land to house migrants while receiving opposition.
This past Monday, another protest was held in which protesters said the field was unfit to house any migrants, let alone children. They've also cited concerns over zoning and safety.
Councilwoman Ariola is one of several lawmakers involved in active litigation to attempt to block the Adams administration from moving forward with the decision.
